An attorney from Indiana Legal Services, Inc. in Indianapolis will provide free and confidential legal advice.

Please visit the Information Desk the day of the event to put your name on the list for help on a first come, first served basis.

Indiana Legal Services is a nonprofit organization that provides free legal counsel to Hoosier seniors, low-income persons, and victims of domestic violence on civil legal issues.

To be eligible, a person must generally have a household income that is less than 125% of the federal poverty level meaning less than $1301 per month for a household of 1, or less than $2682 for a household of 4; sometimes those with slightly higher income can be eligible. Those ages 60 or older are eligible for services regardless of income or household size and may contact the Senior Law Project at 317-631-9424.
