This panel presentation features historic photographs, maps, newspaper articles, and ghost stories of Muncie and Delaware County’s past. Program hosted by the E.B. and Bertha C. Ball Center in collaboration with Delaware County Historical Society, Minnetrista Museum & Gardens, Muncie Public Library, and the University Libraries Archives and Special Collections. Refreshments served after the program.
